Grout Systems installed 446 – 16” diameter Augercast Piles to provide structural support for construction at the Flats East Bank, a major residential and entertainment development on the river front in Cleveland.
Each pile was 105’ in length with one #8 bar extending the full length of each pile. One Compression Pile Load Test was performed, testing the pile 110 tons to 220 tons, then testing to 330 tons. This project was completed in the harsh winter months of January and February 2014 on the shores of Lake Erie and the Cuyahoga River.
