Grout Systems installed 263 - Auger Cast Piles each 16” in diameter and 40’-0” – 60’-0” in length for an aggregate length of 13,125 LF. These were completed with grades differing as much as 15’-0” and installed amongst many existing structures. Reinforcing steel consisted of one cage w/ 7- #8’s x 25’-0” and a #11 x 25’-0”.
GSI also designed and completed the installation of 1,255 – Auger Cast Soil Anchors each 16” in diameter and 55’-0” in length for an aggregate length of 69,025 LF. These piles were used in tension for a water storage basin and were reinforced with a double corrosion protected 1-3/8” Grade 150 anchor rod installed the full length of the pile.
